Hell of an Office Celebrates Grand Opening on PC with New Campaign and Level Editor | The Gamerheads Podcast

Downtrodden workers of the underworld, rejoice: Hell of an Office, the satanic speedrunning first-person platformer set in a corporate hellscape from developer 43 Studios and publisher Joystick Ventures, earns a promotion from Steam Early Access to Full Release on PC today at 10:00 AM PDT with the debut of the level editor, new levels, and new campaign. Employees at the branch offices on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 & 5 will start work later in Q4 2024.

Escape before you end up as a burnt-out employee at HellO, the underworld’s premiere purveyor of office supply products. With only your trusty, flaming staple-blasting stapler and clip-on necktie grappling hook to rely on, blaze through devilish traps like laser beams, spiked walls, razor-sharp saw blades, and negative annual performance reviews from the CEO of Hades himself: Mr. Satan.

With the new campaign, you'll discover how HellO's employees ended up burnt out just like you will... if you don't manage to conquer the 100 new challenging levels across 10 layers of Hell itself, which will either lead you to climb the corporate ladder or be consumed by overwork, burnout and lava.

But if you're one of those employees who enjoys working overtime, with the PC-exclusive Level Editor with Steam Workshop support, you will no longer be a rigid-thinking employee; now you can think outside the box and unleash your creativity by designing your own levels, complete with all the craziest mechanics and iconic features of the game.

“We’re expecting everyone in Hell to be a real team player and give 110% while they’re here,” says 43 Studios. “We’re thrilled to see our dream game, which started as a college project and now incorporates everything we love about our favorite platformers.”

Hell of an Office launches today at 10:00 AM PDT for PC via Steam. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 & 5 versions will arrive later this year, along with Epic Games Store and GOG versions for PC.
