ENDER MAGNOLIA: Bloom In The Mist, Binary Haze Interactive’s sequel to the critically acclaimed dark fantasy metroidvania fairy tale ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights, which sold more than 1.5 million copies, launches January, 22nd 2025 on PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Decades after “The Rain of Death” in ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights, technological advancements gave way to the creation of artificial life forms known as homunculi, amalgamations of machinery and magic. But when a strange toxin begins to rise throughout the Land of Fumes, the homunculi lose their senses and turn violent, forcing humans to retreat from the onslaught of their former helpers.
Lilac awakes alone in a devastated laboratory deep underground with only vague memories of her past. She recalls her role as an Attuner, granting her the ability to save homunculi and humanity alike. Together with the friends she meets along the way, she must uncover the truth behind the toxic fumes and the cause of the conflict between humans and homunculi.
Explore the gloomy yet beautiful Land of Fumes, defeating and then purifying homunculi to convert them into allies. Bring up to four into battle at a time, grow stronger together, and customize Lilac’s abilities. Discover ten distinct powers and three upgrades for each, including melee attacks, long-range projectiles, lock-on auto-attacks, and more, totaling 30 different abilities.
Collect gold and spare parts scattered around the land to upgrade weapons and abilities at the Blacksmith. Uncover fragments of the truth in lab reports, diaries, and the pasts of Lilac and her friends.
Lilac’s journey will take her through gorgeously hand-drawn and hauntingly beautiful abandoned cities, a magic academy, colossal factories, and more, totaling 35 hours of content. Roam these melancholy lands to the eerie, whimsical soundscapes of international indie music group Mili.
